HOGAR SINTROPICO, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, tax ID (NIF) B88969605, registered office at Calle Colón 2, 1.º 3.ª, 41960 Gines (Seville), Spain. Data protection email: privacidad@hogarsintropico.es. Phone: +34 665 39 26 37.
2. What data we process and where it comes from
The data you give us when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, including the email prepared by the website form: name, email address, phone number if provided, project of interest and the content of your message.
The form does not send or store any data on the website: it prepares a message that you review and send from your own email. We only receive your data when you write to us.
Please do not include special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.), identity documents or unnecessary data about other people.
In addition, as on any website, the hosting server records technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type).
3. What we use it for
To reply to your enquiries and, if you ask us to, send you information about our projects or a dossier, and keep in touch about a possible collaboration.
Technical logs are used only for the operation and security of the website and to prevent abuse.
We do not send advertising or newsletters. If we wished to do so in the future, we would first ask for your express consent. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles.
4. Legal basis
When you ask for information about a possible collaboration, contract or acquisition to which you would be a party: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To reply to other enquiries and for technical security logs: our legitimate interest in handling the communications we receive and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without a means of contact we will not be able to reply.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a subsequent relationship are deleted 12 months after the last communication. If a relationship begins, we will keep the data for as long as it lasts and then, duly blocked, for the legal limitation periods for possible liabilities.
Server technical logs are kept for the limited period set by the hosting provider.
6. Recipients and providers
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law (for example, with authorities or courts that request it).
To provide our service we use providers that may access data on our behalf: Hostinger International, Ltd. (website hosting and company email), Google (email, when managed through Gmail) and WhatsApp Ireland Limited (messaging, if you write to us on WhatsApp).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can read their privacy policies on their websites.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to privacidad@hogarsintropico.es or by post to our registered office, stating which right you wish to exercise. We will only ask for additional information to identify you where necessary. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to our email and hosting accounts is protected, and any information we share with third parties is sent password-protected.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly process their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if our processing changes. The date of the last update appears at the end of the page.
